Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. The Style & Look of the under the counter Cooler has been a very impressive-looking unit. The unit has added selling appeal to a gourmet kitchen when the time comes. Our handyman made it as simple as 1-2-3. He removed the counter and wired into the power from the garbage disposal in the cabinet next to the unit. We did discover that you can not set the temperature to extreme cold temperatures because it causes the unit to run continuously. Two zones and very quiet. Beautiful appearance. Shelves are sturdy. Blue backlighting is nice. It did take a couple days with the doors closed to get to the set temperatures but doesn't budge anymore. I haven't heard it running at all. It holds a lot of different size bottles well but nothing fits great on the shelves. I think I prefer that however as every bottle seems to be a different shape..
