So far so good! If you’re tackling this assembly solo, you can do it! The package came in two heavy boxes and I used a dolly to bring it to my apartment (elevators, stairs may be harder). Assembly took about an hour and was confusing at time but I figured it out. The couch looks great in person and the color is rich. I let it “fluff” for about 3 days before I sat on it, but idk if it actually got fluffier. I’m 5’9 and it may be a hair low for my height. Definitely satisfied with the price paid!. Kee. TX. It’s large and deep! The only gripe is the back, its pillows so it takes a little arranging to find your spot of comfort. Otherwise it’s a fantastic couch that you can configure how you want! This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. This couch is larger than I thought in a good way. It's super comfortable and the deep seating is perfect for the tall kids and husband. Since its for a smaller family room and its a module couch, I took the center piece out so now it's an oversized love seat and now it fits wonderfully. (Im using the middle section for seating in my room) I am missing the 1st layer of the seat covers. Im still giving it 5 stars because it doesnt affect how you use it at all. I followed the instructions and waited the full 7 days for the cushions to expand, but one side never fully fluffed up the way it should have. That was disappointing, especially after being patient with the process. I ended up adding extra pillows inside the back cushions because they are pretty thin. You can see the difference between the top and bottom. On the comfort side, the couch is not as soft as I expected. It gets the job done, but don’t expect to sink into something plush. Where it does deliver is space — it’s generously sized, which is a plus if you need room for the whole family or just like to stretch out. Would I recommend it? I’m on the fence.
