I was so very pleased when I started looking at the brochure directions! They are well done and easy to understand. I build this Factor 8x6ft shed by myself and I am a 60+ female. It is like putting together a puzzle...much fun. I split my puzzle time into two afternoons, followed directions and took my time. It turned out great! The only part when you need 2 people is to attach the roof panels. Most important is to build a level base. I did that with 12"x12" pavers. Honestly, that was the most difficult part of the project. Everything else went very smoothly. The shed is a perfect size for all your garden tools or could be a great playhouse if little children were around! p.s. I was impressed with the door lock/latch because unlike other sheds I had looked at, it is secured within the wall panels of the door so you can add a lock if needed.. Cecile. This is a nice little shed for a small/medium yard. I don't need to store furniture or large yard machines or jugs of gas and oil. Just wanted to get my yard tools and such out of the new garage. The package arrived by truck no problem... they left on porch and I took it piece by piece to the back, each panel individually is not heavy. It was fairly easy to put together, about 4-5 hours. Take their advice... try to avoid doing it in the wind... it makes it much harder and annoying and frustrating... I didn't have much choice. Once together it looked very nice. Put together on deck and used the box put on and slide/move to the paver base I previously made. Once completed and placed it looked really nice, I liked that it has a floor attached and 2 vents. I managed to get a electric Snow Joe Snow Blower folded in there along with a Electric Sun Joe Lawn mower unfolded and an electric B&D edger. I also have shovels, rakes, a tamp garden tools, some bulbs, fertilizer and flower food and there's still room for more stuff without it being cramped! This is exactly what I needed! you cannot put hooks or shelves in it, but I may buy a table from Ikea to put in there and that will create a second level of storage on one side thereby increasing by about 20%. It has gone through 2 bad storms now and it has performed fine. There's about 95 lbs worth of things in there and I have not anchored it yet. It did leak a little water in by where the door meets the frame on top but I bought some weather sealer foam insulation and it seemed to do the trick. Great product. Shipping was fast. Price was great. Not easy to put together and on the same note it wasn't hard either, you just need to have at least 2 people and be able to read and decipher the pictures that are in the instruction manual. It took us a total of 11 hours to do and we are not totally done. We have to just add the plywood flooring. The instructions were not that clear on when you are putting the siding up and over the side and top. All parts were included, nothing was damaged. They packed it pretty well, I would only say they need to put some styrofoam all around the inside edges of the box. Seems to me like the foam insert into the doors could be better planned out. They have you put the hinges on the door panels and then slide the foam in and guess what, you have the nuts and bolts sticking out so now you have slide the foam in and hope the bolts rip through the foam. We ended up making channels in the foam so it would slide in smoothly. As for the door's clasp that too is some crazy. You now have the foam on the door and you poke holes through it for the bolts to go through and you have to put the nuts on but you can't tighten it unless you remove the foam from the area so your nut can be held while tightening it down to the metal. You need to make sure you have several pots of coffee, Lunch and dinner ready. Overall I would buy it again I would recommend it to anyone that needs a shed. The one thing I won't do.... that is have the idea that I can do it in about 4 hours and I would take two days to do it from start to finish. The Marks you see in the picture are the printed ID numbers that haven't been washed off yet. Not that you have to as I'm sure the rain will remove them eventually.
