I chose this product because its wood construction would be stronger and hold up better than the plastic tables and chairs that I looked at. It's a little more pricy than a lot of the other sets, but after assembling it (very easy) and seeing how strong it is, I feel the extra cost is well worth it. Wayfair's delivery was outstanding. I received it 2 days after placing the order. Since my granddaughter just turned 2 years old and is still a little young for the chalkboard/whiteboard table insert, I made a temporary one out of 1/4 inch plywood treated with several coats of spray paint that should hold up well for her until we are more comfortable turning her loose with chalk and dry erase markers. Great piece for this kids playroom. Its sturdy, has a good amount of storage and is a good height for younger kids. I got the gray color and it is very nice looking. The built in paper roller will be nice for drawings, homework and games. Assemble took a good hour but it was not overly difficult. The one thing that could have made it easier would be if all the screws were divided up into packages that the instructions referenced versus everything being mixed in one bag.. Scott.
