This tile is gorgeous! We haven't installed it yet but still beautiful tile and good quality. The only problem is (why I am giving this 3 stars) is that one of the two boxes we ordered had almost all broken pieces and some were even shattered. We thought ok that happens and we will just have it replaced. Well the replacement has a piece broken on every square foot of tile. Wayfair has good customer service but I find this is probably due to the nature of Wayfair's shipping. Update: had the tiles installed for a kitchen backsplash and they look great. Photos updated! Great tiles! Ordered a sample of this tile and a few others. Took a chance and decided to go with this one for a kitchen backsplash (beige cream). So far we're very happy with the quality, color, variety, and the packaging. Ordered 10 boxes and they came shrink wrapped and tied down on a pallet, delivered by Wayfair (scheduled). I have opened each box, and haven't found a single broken one yet. It took me 13 years to pick out a tile and this was an amazing choice. The pictures show the crema color which is almost white. It is a perfect match to ardex grout polar white. Honestly, I hated how white it looked before it was grouted (see pics). I had hoped it would be a little more off white. But I loved it once it was grouted, much to my relief. There was some breakage in one box, but wayfair addressed it to my satisfaction. I only had two tiles left so I would order more than the calculator says you need. (I lucked out!) Four boxes had 23 of 3 designs, 19, 16 and 12 of the other. My installer had no issues avoiding overlap because there were 6 varieties. Very happy with this tile and my installer had no issues! The pencil liner shown in the photos is urban bronze from Lowe’s and has been discontinued. If you aren’t sure about the color, pay the money for the full box to sample.
