I really like this purchase. I was looking for healthy cookware (no chemical coated stuff) and this pot is almost entirely stainless steel. There is an inner part of the pot that is not stainless steel, but that's okay, because it's layered (intumed if you will) within stainless steel, so that part never touches your food.
