This was the perfect buy. I looked everywhere for an upholstered bed that didn't have those ugly studs in it that matched our room's style. I wanted a bed that had a headboard that went all the way down and enclosed the mattress completely. I've attached a photo of this assembled -- no mattress on it yet. I assembled it all by myself, with the help of a chair to hold the footboard upright while I screwed the side panels from headboard to footboard. I recommend doing this with two people -- it was a heavy task for one person, but it is possible to do with one. This arrived with no damage.
