Absolutely LOVE this Caannasweis Cookware set. They are definitely non-stick surfaces. The cleanup on these pans are amazing. The foods really do slip right off of the surface of the pans. Plus, they are pleasant to look at. The saute pans are almost 3 in deep. Although the handles on the pots do get quite warm, that is noted in the instructions. There is an inner part of the pot that is not stainless steel, but that's okay, because it's layered (intumed if you will) within stainless steel, so that part never touches your food. I've owned this pot since Sept. 2019 and it really is an "everything pan". It it used regularly for a variety of dishes and for reheating.
