For the price, I’m very happy with the quality. I ordered 4. Shipping was pretty quick ( a lot quicker than the estimated delivery date). Packaging was excellent. Instructions were simple and clear…easy to understand ( unlike many items that come with poor English translations). The white gloves were a nice touch lol. Assembly was quick. First one took longer (learning curve). 4th one took 23 minutes from careful unpacking to putting the felt pads on the bottom of the legs. I lost 2 minutes due to trying to get the paper off the sticky pads . I like that there are small indentations in case you want to put the screw in type later. Overall. EDIT 10 months later… I still love the look of the stools, but they are not standing up. I will add the most recent photos and you can see how the material on the seat has stretched and torn. I guess I’ll have to get them recovered. The material feels like leather, but it’s really just a thin vinyl, that stretches and then once it stretches, it seems to split apart. These stools are great. The seat size is a little wider than normal, which is great for some of our guests that need that extra space. The chairs themselves are sturdy and very comfortable with lots of padding on the seat. My husband put the four of them together in about 90 minutes. Looked exactly as pictured. Seats are comfortable. Replaced 2 chairs that were about 10 years old and falling apart. We sprayed scotch guard fabric protector on them before we used them to hopefully help with stains or spills. We'll see how they hold up over time.
