Just received the table this week. Overall I love it. It arrived in 2 large boxes. It is very heavy if you are not paying for the service to assemble it you will definitely need help. The dining tabletop is 2 pieces and on the underside is the ping pong side. If you intend to use the table as a dining table when not playing pool or ping pong I would recommend using a waterproof tablecloth because if liquid spills on the tabletop it could drip in between where the 2 sheets intersect and stain the felt of the pool table. You do need to be careful with the wood veneer it seems like it scuffs easily. The assembly is easy but again the table is very solid and heavy you will need at least 4 people to move it, the instructions recommend 6 people. The pool table and ping pong is a nice size for both kids and adults. The benches are very sturdy and will hold all of the accessories even the cue sticks fully assembled. So far so good!! We love it. It came in on time and not damaged. The lights work great (they are super bright from a distance, but great when you are playing). The only bad part was the setup as it is so heavy (over 200 lbs) and the darn score piece was so hard to install (stripped screws, etc). Definitely pre-drill for those! This is a really nice, well built item. It’s nice looking and very, very sturdy. That being said if you are not handy with tools you might want to invite a few handy friends over to help you assemble it. First, you will need 2-3 healthy adults just to move the box to the area you want it, unpack it carefully there’s lots of styrofoam packing material inside. You will also need a drill with some small drill bits since the only predrilled holes are for the “climate adjustment “ bars on the bottom. You assemble it upside down so when you’re finished you will need those same 3 adults to turn it on it’s side and lift it into position. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 is because one of the leg shelves couldn’t be put on due to the leg being assembled incorrectly and the slots for it not being on the same side. This doesn’t hamper the use of the table but it brings into question the factory’s quality control. I won’t bother asking for a replacement leg because I have no intention of flipping this thing over again! It took us about 3 hours to put it together and even without the predrilled holes (I drilled my own) It wasn’t complicated to do. Great entertainment. Cabinet stores tons of board games too. A bit flimsy at particle board joints, but know we actually sold one with our last house and rebought it again now. Suggest attaching to the wall at the top. Also we added a light. We had a very expensive pool table next to this, but this gets all the love when people come over. The table is awesome! Some of the pre drilled holes were misaligned and without modification prevented putting the legs on properly. Would have rated five stars if pieces were all aligned and didn’t need to make modifications. Wayfair customer service was excellent.
