When this came in, the box was in terrible shape. Luckily, the glider was not damaged structurally and there were only a few small smudges. Wayfair's superb customer service helped us and gave us enough of a refund to get it cleaned. This is comfortable, easy to assemble, and has a really nice feel of motion! We were between the khaki and the cream on color choice. I was worried the khaki would be too dark/ brown looking, but it is not at all. Beautiful! This looks incredible in our nursery! We were going to go with the Olive Glider/ottoman combo until it sold out, but I think my husband and I are both more excited we got the Piper recliner instead! The nursery is quite small, so this makes more sense for us. We are so happy with it. We were on a mission to find a rocker or glider with a high back--Mom's words of wisdom told us we will want somewhere to rest our heads/necks when we are up with the baby at all hours of the night. It's smaller than expected and more firm than I'd like but well made! Perfect size for me, 5'4", but my husband who is 6'4" is comical in it! It seems well made so far. It rocks and swivels very smoothly. Reclines well though the foot rest is very hard to put back down. The material feels very durable, not plush or soft by any means, and I think it will be easy to clean. Overall content with the purchase, not thrilled. I wish it was bigger for the price.. Anonymous. We love this glider, the ottoman stores extra blankets, a few pacifiers and burp cloths for easy access. I am 5'2" and my husband is 6'4" and we both sit comfortably in this chair. I was between this and the recliner version. I do wish I would have went with the recliner version. I read on one review that this version will recline a little, but it does not. It is also a rather tight fitting/narrow seated chair, which may or may not be a good thing. I have narrow hips so I fit ok, but anyone with more wide set hips may find it to be a snug fit. The depth of the seat is too short for my 6'3" husband- kind of a bummer but not surpising. The material is nice and soft and seems like it will be durable. Some had mentioned a "chemically" smell which ours did not have out of the box (and I'm currently pregnant so I most likely would have noticed). The lumbar support pillow is perfect. The chair does indeed swivel and glide. The back does come up high enough for me to rest my head on, I'm 5'5". And it also came fully assembled, which is very nice. It is an excellent value for the price! The only things I would have liked is a gliding ottoman and slight recline in the chair. But for the price, you can't go wrong! Hope that helps!. Nikkita.
