This bed is so freaking cute to me! It did take my son in law and step son about 4 hours to put together just because there are so many pieces to this bed with shelvesetc but I love it. My mom is elderly has a lot of diabetic supplies and can accidentally knock things off her old night stand that had no back. Perfect sofadaybed for my small guest bedroom. I must be honest, we have not slept on it without a topper but alone it feels medium softness and is easy to put together and prepared when someone unexpectedly needs to stay over the night. I am not certain this should be used for sleeping purposes but definitely fits for what we need and perfectly fits the small space.
