The 90 gal. size (in some places it says 82 gal.) was just enough to fit 6 dining cushions and pillows. It is sturdy enough for being this light but I wouldn't say this is a heavy duty and sturdy box that will take abuse such as sitting on it or kids jumping on it. Assembly was a snap (literally) until you reach snapping E into B. Not sure if my unit had a bent piece, but I had to end up using a hammer a mallet and pull panel B back to snap E into B. This bench was well constructed, made of solid wood, and fairly well engineered. I would recommend using a drill with a hex bit to make assembly much faster.
