I am very happy with the looks it is exactly what I wanted however, I am having a very difficult time getting the front 3 rubber "bumpers" to lay flat against the toilet. The back 2 do. The toilet seat came perfectly flat. I have moved & tightened the bolts in numerous ways but it still doesn't lay flat. Is this something I should return?. Anonymous.
