This is a fairly large rocker with a decently high back. Both my husband (6 ft) and me (5 ft 1 in) can sit in this chair without overflowing and still reach the ground. That said, the seat is a little bit shallow so you feel pushed forward a little bit. We use it primarily for rocking our baby to sleep, for which it is perfect. It might not be so comfortable for lounging in, at least not without a foot stool. We ordered this glider/rocker for our baby girl's nursery. The room is tight but this chair is a PERFECT size without taking up too much space in a small. Firm, but comfortable. Sits lower to the ground than my husband (who is 6'0) expected, but no so low that he struggles to get in/out of it. Perfect height for momma (5'5)! Color is true to its description. We have both pure white and off white accents in the room and it blends well with everything. Assembly required a little more torque we thought than hand screwing would provide so we did use our power drill. But assembly was really simple. The chair is delivered in 3 pieces and hardware. MUCH easier than items we ordered from Ikea. Overall - HIGHLY recommend. Pros: Easy assembly. Great size and shape. Excellant value. Cons: None that should deter you from purchsaing this piece..
