We purchased this faucet to go into our new home and couldn't be happier with it. The design is sleek. It has a nice height to it which allows for large pots to go under it easily. The pull out handle has a nice length to it and can be used in either the stream of water or the spray. The touch feature works superbly. It recognized a light touch anywhere but the pull out handle part, which is good as it would not be good to use the pull out handle and have it turn off. The faucet also has an auto off feature if you leave the water running too long when using the touch feature. This is a good bonus if the water is turned on by accidental touch by a child or potentially a pet. Like some reviewers I found the time off to be too quick when I'm washing a lot of dishes, but it just takes a simple touch to turn it back on again so it isn't a big nuisance. This is very attractive and works nicely. The spray is less diffuse and not quite as strong as my previous faucet, but is quite functional. I love the magnet that keeps the spray head anchored. I purchased the brushed nickel finish and it looks lovely with my new granite countertops, very clean and elegant. My plumber says he has installed quite a few of these and sometimes there is not adequate room under the sink for smooth out and in movement of the pulldown hose, causing restriction in the movement. So be sure you have adequate room for the unit to work properly. Fortunately I had enough room for it to work correctly. One other note: unlike with bathroom sink faucets the kitchen faucet doesn't come with a drain ring in a matching finish. There was no mention in the product description that customers need to also order the drain ring in a matching finish. According to my plumber this is overlooked so often that he carries drain rings, but only in chrome. So now I have a drain ring that doesn't match my faucet.. Sally. I love most things about this faucet. I love the quality, the color, the pull down sprayer. I don’t love that the shape of the arch is so narrow that I often hit the side of my granite countertop just trying to rinse off a dish. Banging dishes into the countertopbad.
