Normally, Wayfair is reliable and products are as expected they should be. I received a Delta multichoice rough in, the box was in another box. Original packing was damaged and open with parts possibly missing. I am not sure the rough in recommended is even the correct one. I have yet to install it to confirm it works correctly until I investigate further. I do not want to sweat in or otherwise damage this item so its un-returnable, also instLl to have to uninstall.. Exactly what we needed to replace the chea plastic P-Trap my builder installed on our beautiful open vanity. We purchased the particiluar vanity that we did because of the open plumbing underneath and to give a different look in one area of our home, but we didn't realize we would need to tell our builder not to use white PVC pipe underneath of it which you would think is obvious.
