My two medium sized dogs are very happy with all the room they have. I love it, because it looks like just another piece of furniture, and not a horrible eye sore! The description says for small dog but my dog is a medium dog and has plenty of space. I had to look at the measurements before buying to make sure he would be okay in there because the description says for a small dog. Overall it’s great, I do just wish that the gates for the dog were more heavy and sturdy because if my dog really wanted to he could probably break through it. The back board is also flimsy so I wish it was a sturdier material since it’s for a dog. That’s the only reason for a 4 star because if my dog truly wanted to break out I don’t doubt that he could. Very pleased with the quality of this kennel. Be sure to caulk the inside edges to prevent leaks of material from going into the cracks. It is not waterproof but water resistant on the surfaces which are plastic veneer. My dogs love it. They go right in. I used bird trays for the bottom of bird cages sold on a major pet site which measure 20 inches width and depth to hold dog blankets and avoid damage. Easy assembly.
