I was able to put this together with no tools. I love it. I didnt give it 5 stars because the hooks didnt fit on the bottom of my cabinet. You must have a flat smooth cabinet bottom for you to place it under the cabinet. I improvised and although not conventional placed it at the top of the cabinet door.
