I put this together myself and it was easy and fast. Don’t waste the money hiring someone! When I did my first fire to season the grill for use I did notice a lot of leaks (smoke coming out from other areas besides the normal areas) but that can be modified. Absolutely Fantastic, read why. It was between this and the W grill. Both at excellent products. Heres my take. The Monument Grill is very well designed, almost completely Stainless Steel (Back and Sides of the base are enamel coated, should last for many years), super easy to clean (more on that), cooks evenly, and has a very wide temperature range. As I was assembling the grill, I kept noting how nicely everything went together, the fit and finish was excellent, and every step was logical. Heck, even the way it came out of the box was engineered well. Cleaning is very easy. The whole bottom just slides out. I take it in the kitchen and lay it across the sink. Boom, done. Heat is very even, flame control is good, and itll get hot, HOT if you need it to. The side burner is a real one, not a custard warmer. Itll boil a pretty large pot in a jiffy. Yep, satisfied.
