This tile is gorgeous! We haven't installed it yet but still beautiful tile and good quality. The only problem is (why I am giving this 3 stars) is that one of the two boxes we ordered had almost all broken pieces and some were even shattered. We thought ok that happens and we will just have it replaced. Well the replacement has a piece broken on every square foot of tile. Wayfair has good customer service but I find this is probably due to the nature of Wayfair's shipping. The good... the tile. This tile is funky fun. I love it and had been waiting on it to come back in stock for weeks for a powder room renovation. The actual color of each tile has some variation and fade which gives it a ton of character and a more curated expensive look than if it were just solid gray and green. The bad... shipping. Shipping was delayed, and Wayfair gave me zero notification. On the day it was supposed to deliver, it did not. I checked my account and it still showed estimated delivery that day but had a note that said 'backordered'. I had to call customer service who told me that it was a warehouse issue and it would be another week until delivery. I had to cancel my tile installer due to the delay. When the tile arrived, the packaging was absolutely horrendous. Three boxes unsealed, and none of my five boxes had any padding on the sides of the tile (only padded on top and bottom), so the tile itself slid to the sides of the boxes and every single box had chipped and broken tiles. Two boxes almost completely broken. I called Wayfair and the rep said that he could not help me with this as it is a supplier issue. My only option is to wait for the supplier to reach out to me so that they can replace the tiles, which will take another week at a minimum. Wayfair offered apologies, but no discount or resolution other than to wait on the supplier to reach out to me. Ordered a box of the gray ones to see if I liked them as much in person and I absolutely do. I laid them on the floor in our half bath to get a feel for it. I was afraid it might look too floral, but it was the right amount of geometric for me. We ended up ordering enough to do our master too. The single box as a sample had none broken, but when we ordered the rest like 1/4th of them were. Wayfair was good about replacing them, and they came quickly. We love the finished look.. Laura.
