I ordered the nickel finish and it is absolutely stunning. I didn't realize it had a light socket in the center that shines directly down - love that. You can turn that center light on or off. Some people complained about the white metal on the inner upper rim, but you don't see that unless you are looking directly up - which is almost never. The finish is high quality, the drum is a true white, and it lights up the room beautifully. Installation is a 2 person job due to the weight of the light.
