The only downside was that my package included an outdated set of instructions and incorrectmissing hardware, which made assembly frustrating and prevented me from installing the shelf. That said, customer service was excellent and very responsive in working to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. Just put it together today (by myself, mind you!), so I can’t speak to the quality long term, but it’s perfect for what I need right now. Took me an about 2 hours to put together - lining up the heavy top was a little bit of a struggle, but i got it after a few adjustments. It’s heavier duty partial board, but the coating on it seems like it’ll hold up well.
