First of all, it is quite a big larger than I imagined. Definite a plus. A 6’ person can easily stand inside and sleep. Plenty of room for a camping table and 4 chairs. Room for 4 adults to sleep in. Despite not having instructions, it was easy to figure out to put the long rods thru the silver boarder and smaller rods on the sides. I am a 60 year old 5’1” woman and did it myself. The only thing I need to figure out is how to seal the back completely when not attached to my SUV. Not that big of an issue. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is it really would benefit in having at least 1 screened side to keep a view and keep out bugs when used to sleep in at night for some air circulation. As always repacking a bit more difficult. But that is not related to the product. It would need 2 people to fold correctly but I still got it back in the storage bag that is comes with along with the tent stakes. I look forward to using it soon.. Michelle. This play tent is HUGE! I put it by our grandson’s bed to show the size! He will have plenty of room to take his toys to play in it! I love that it is fabric and not the cheap plastic that a lot of play tents are. The Velcro around the bottom is a brilliant way to keep the bottom from rising up around the poles. It was really easy to put together and required zero tools! It appears to be very sturdy and should hold up for many years. There are no places to anchor it It’s windy here everyday There’s not enough room for 5 people.
