It’s perfect for our basement! It heats up the second floor even if we crank up the temp. For how many btu‘s it pumps out, for the price, and the quality it’s amazing truly!! We looked for a long time for something that our cat couldn’t put her paws in as well as our baby . The front protective screen is great because it’s enough that the heat comes through and the flames still show well, but also, no little figure or thing can be passed through into the actual flame.
