Love it! It looks so much nicer than our old wire kennel. Our dog is 60 lb (shepherd but on the shorter side) and our other 25 lb and they can both cuddle in it. I would not recommend for any bigger of a dog unless you are not going to put the bottoms in the drawersare not going to put the drawers in. Wasn’t hard to build if you have any knowledge of cabinet construction. Generally looks nicer than comparable units because of the raised face door and drawers. The description says for small dog but my dog is a medium dog and has plenty of space. I had to look at the measurements before buying to make sure he would be okay in there because the description says for a small dog. Overall it’s great, I do just wish that the gates for the dog were more heavy and sturdy because if my dog really wanted to he could probably break through it. The back board is also flimsy so I wish it was a sturdier material since it’s for a dog. That’s the only reason for a 4 star because if my dog truly wanted to break out I don’t doubt that he could. I do like the look of it. Everything was packed nicely but there is a lot of pieces so I paid a professional to assemble it and it took him about two hours. The size is great, more than enough room for my dog. I would say that if you have a sound sensitive dog then this might not be a good choice as the sliding metal door can be scary.. Dawn. Georgia.
