Overall, I’m satisfied with this dog house. I honestly expected the inside to be a little bigger, but it still provides enough room for my two dogs (80 lb and 70 lb) to lie down comfortably. They primarily stay outside, and they mainly use it when they want a quiet place to rest or a little space from each other. Assembly was straightforward and fairly easy. The only downside was the instruction manual—I didn’t find it very helpful. In my opinion, the dog house is simple enough that it can be assembled without relying much on the instructions. Really like this toy. It was pretty easy to assemble, the directions were clear. Very sturdy, 2 different adults sat on it and played. The comfy seat pads are custom-fitted to the sandbox benches and are made with 100% polyester fabric and 1.25" thick foam padding. When the benches are unfolded for play, the open sand area measures 31 inches x 44.75 inches (there is also sand under the benches). All measurements are approximate.
