I’m giving it a 4 star not because of Wayfair but they having shipping issues with fedex. I received my package shredded and some damage to the base. Wayfair did the right thing and shipped out a new one. This second package I received was worse than the first one!! I have never used Wayfair for larger items. They need to contact their warehouse and mandate that they package their products so that they won’t arrive e damaged. This time that I had to wait for another base has held up finishing my construction as well as having my plumber wait. I do understand that every business is suffering in some way from the work force shortages, but this is where maybe waiting one extra day would have been worth the effort of securing the package for transit..
