I spent wayy too long researching fans, so I'm a bit giddy to find the fan of our dreams right here. This was the only fan that checked off all the boxes of what we wanted: PROS: (1) Flushmount option perfect for low ceilings; (2) Remote controlled with multiple speeds and a dimming light; (3) LED lighting that ISN'T integrated (some fans have integrated lights, and when the lights go out, the entire fan has to be replaced -- with this fan there are two included LED bulbs that can easily be replaced if they go out); (4) Under $200 (5) Extremely easy installation. Took us a little less than an hour since the instructions and diagrams were very easy to understand. (6) Completely quiet when running, and no wobbling at all at the first 2 speeds. It wobbles a tiny bit on the highest speed, but that's probably an issue with our mounting box and uneven popcorn ceiling that we should have sanded down first. (Oops!) (7) Option to switch fan direction for the season (blow cool air down in the summer, suck air up to help circulate in the winter). CONS: (1) The remote control isn't very attractive (see photo). Honestly, if this is the only con I can come up with, I'm not mad about it. It works fine. It's not like I'm hanging the remote up as a piece of artwork...
