Just used it for the 1st time. I followed the directions to a T because it doesnt work like a regular coffee pot. It brewed just as quick as when I use my keurig for 1 cup. We are very pleased with the newest version of Cuisinart coffee maker. We had the previous version for several years before it gave up the ghost.
