Really like this trash and recycling can! It fits our space well. The noise when opening and closing is a little louder than expected but it’s not a big issue. It takes 3x D batteries so we hope it’ll last! The labels are magnetic so you can switch sides any time you want. Note that there isn’t another “liner” plastic can inside (like the SimpleHuman brand) but it has 2 plastic rings that would keep the bags in place. It’s a great price compared to the $200+ SimpleHuman cans! Very satisfied for our need! Update: It's been exactly 6 months since I placed batteries for this and I haven't had to change them yet!. We love this fridge. We had these cabinets built in around this fridge and the fridge measures how it shows but doesn’t truly fit a standard 3ft high cabinet. The reason we love this fridge is the fact that it has adjustable legs to raise the fridge so there wasn’t a large gap between the top of the fridge and bottom of the counter top. Love the shelving and the doors. The doors open perfectly to a 24 inch depth cabinet. Any greater depth than that the doors wouldn’t be able to open. Great purchase. Highly recommend.. Leanne. Left door came off in my hand when I opened it. The two bottom door pin screws were MIA. The two Right bottom door pin screws were not even hand tight and these screws were chamfered; why is the great unknown. Placed door back on temporarily. Sourced 4 new stainless pan head machine screws, applied blue locktite and re-secured both doors post alining them and the appropriate reveal (gap). I did not experience any peculiar loud noises on start up and have not heard any weird noises since, to date. Settings are self explanatory and require no "manual" reference. I have no complaint on light switch on right side only nor do I have issue with light "timing out" as some other reviewers had mentioned. This is the perfect size for a small family or single. I love having a covered recycling bin next to the trash. Makes things much simpler and neater. We love this upgrade from what we used to have!! Came a day early, no dents or dings...it is pretty thin for being a stainless steel look but this trashrecycling combo matches our appliances perfectly.
