This is the most beautiful artificial Christmas tree we’ve ever had! I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase online, as opposed to seeing it in person, but it was lovely - the lights were vibrant and plentiful, both multicolored and warm white, and it had a twinkling option as well. The branches held up well under some very heavy ornaments. What I loved most about it is that it was airy and had space between the branches, so ornaments were numerous and visible, yet it was lush and not the least bit sparse. I am so glad we didn’t buy from that company that starts airing its commercials in September for their overpriced and mostly white-lit trees - that’s where my husband wanted to purchase a tree. Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. Good looking tree. Very full. However I was a little disappointed that the lights didn't go all the way into the tree center but rather about 6-8" from the edge. The extra lights give more demension. So in my opionion more lights would also be better. In addition, for this price of tree I expected a remote control rather than just a foot control. So we had to buy a universal remoted and outlet plug so that it would be easier to turn on and off. With the foot control, once you have gifts under the tree the remote gets lost. Also with the universal remote we have to still reset the light sequence each time we turn it on so I'm not sure we are gaining anything with the universal remote.
