The seat was an easy install. Really think we are going to easy remove feature for keeping things clean. Seems sturdy, and the slow drop feature should help my grandson stop dropping the lid and seat. The seat in the main bathroom was broken, the big box stores have very limited stock on hand, everything has to be ordered to store or home, going on past experience, if I am going to do that I will go with Wayfair, they had the new seat to my house in just a few days..
