A great alternative to the expensive 'hardware store' crib. My only complaint is that the mattress platform is deep black, even on the white crib. This can be covered with a crib skirt, of course, but the four metal diagonal posts that attach the mattress platform to the crib are *also* black, and even with a crib skirt and sheets on the mattress, these black posts are exposed and stick out like a sore thumb against the white. A bit of a hassle to assemble. Some of the pieces were wither made incorrectly or warped as they they did not want to fit together correctly. Looks great now that it is together. Disappointing . Purchased two One leg screw was stripped so unable to securely attach . Both had chips making the finish uneven . The chemical smell is powerful so you may consider airing them out before use in a room . Wayfair customer service is great but I can not recommend this item. Madelaine.
