The table is exactly as pictured and relatively easy to assemble. I did it myself. They say it seats 8, and it probably can, but it would be very crowded. This is more a 6-seater. Obsessed!!! I'm so happy people Post real pics of their products because that is what sold me on this table. I was so scared to buy online! I purchased this in driftwood and am obsessing over it! It's amazing! Everything i was looking for and more! There are no seams (thank god because my kids would get everything stuck in seams) and it's high not so high that regular chairs don't work. Ignore the moving boxes but we love this tablet my husband have a hard time agreeing on furniture and took the risk of ordering something online we haven’t seen in person. It’s PERFECT! It’s super sturdy and we love the finish and texture of the table. I can’t tell if it’s partially sealed or not but it makes crumbs easy to clean up(which was a big factor for choosing a wood table for future kids) At our last house we never used our dining table and every night since we moved we’ve had dinner at our new table..
