Just received and was easy to install. We just removed the cord from my old set and transferred on to this one. Comes with new hoses and I was also able to do that myself. My brother, who is an architect, suggested this type of washer/dryer for my small space. I had never heard of them before and was quite hesitant. I wanted to see one in person before purchasing, but couldn't find a floor model any place locally, so I read the reviews carefully before choosing which make and model to buy. I ordered it from Wayfair and was so pleased by the FREE delivery. I’ve ordered quite few pieces of furniture through them and have been extremely impressed with their customer service. I would highly suggest ordering through Wayfair. Delivery was very fast, only about 4 days from purchase and the delivery guys brought it right into the room as well as gave me a short tutorial on removing the shipping bolts, etc. I’ve been super happy with the machine. It is whisper quiet. It works even better than I could have imagined. Seems like because of the water evaporating as it drains the clothes come out super soft and supple. I put a load in yesterday and then went to work all day. When I cam back, the dry clothes had been sitting there for hours, but were not even wrinkled! Usually clothes come out from a regular dryer kind of dry, stiff and parched. Maybe that’s because of Utah's dry air, but, in the past with a regular dryer, if you don’t use a dryer sheet, the clothes are scratchy and very wrinkly. You can’t use a dryer sheet in this washer/dryer because it would fall apart in the wash cycle, so I was concerned about how the clothes would come out after drying. I was amazed and I’ve never seen anything like it with any dryer before. You can’t do super large loads, but I was able to wash two pairs of pants, a thick hoodie, two shirts, some socks and a hand towel in one load. It takes about 3 hours from start to finish to go through the wash, spin and dry cycles. It is so quiet, it could easily be run through the night and because the clothes aren’t wrinkly, you can unload in the morning. It works on 120 Volt, so I didn’t have to do any special wiring, which was a nice bonus. It’s small size (about the size of a dishwasher) which makes it fit about anywhere.
