Provided 4 stars only because we haven't used the outdoor shower to any extent. Had a small installation problem with one of the washers (washer was split and wouldn't seal properly) on the hand held unit but a quick trip to the hardware store for a 50 cent washer provided the fix. The Good: the shower works! It get warm, the mixer is effective, the footwash has great power, and the shower head is tall enough for my 6'1" husband to use! The Bad: When people are saying the instructions are bad, they do not lie. They are worse than useless, the only piece of hardware named in the words IS NOT INCLUDED. But I'll get to that. The majority of the instructions are tiny pictures, not showing what parts you should have, or what order they go in. I've included a photo of how I assembled the shower head, and it seems to work. I did end up using a second of the green filter screens I got in a hardware replacement pack in the foot washer as well, since it shows there should be something, and that's the only piece that fits. ‍♀️ The Ugly: The ONLY piece of hardware mentioned by name in the instructions is a rubber ring that is supposed to go between the upper and lower tank before you screw them together. There was nothing like that in the hardware provided. Thinking it was missing, I requested replacement hardware, which Wayfair sent, and was lost... But a second replacement hardware set came a mere 4 weeks after the original shower, and.....no rubber ring. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I put everything together with my best guesses and lots of plumbers tape (needed because the footwash spigot faces sideways if screwed in tight) and LO! IT WORKED!
