Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster. Cute chair and I love the concept. I have a small space that occasionally needs a bed. I haven’t slept on it so I have no idea if it’s comfortable or not. It is comfortable to sit on, a little bit firm. It was fairly easy to put together by one person. I like how the legs are hidden in the zipper when not in use. The wood of the legs is very nice also. Really love this chaise lounge! It is extremely comfortable. Its like having a second bed. Its my dog's favorite piece of furniture too. I was able to build it by myself. It wasn't hard. It comes in two huge oversized boxes tho that weigh 90ish pounds each. The cushions immediately puffed up for me. The only thing i was a little disappointed on is it doesn't look like the picture. Regarding the sofa: there is a distinct gap in between the upper cushions and bottom part of the sofa when in its upright position. Likewise I'm not sure the sleeping portion that pulls out/up is perfectly installed, as it's a little tricky to slide/push/pull it into place, in both positions (it sticks/jams -- I have video of the gentleman who assembled the piece having a bit of trouble). I paid for set-up, so I'm not sure what to attribute the problem to, although there is leftover hardware, which seems odd. It is comfortable, and looks decent, but I'd definitely pay more for reversible pillows/cushions, both for convenience (spills/stains that can't be immediately laundered) and a longer life span (sagging). Re: shipping: when ordering BE SURE to check all appropriate boxes specifying where exactly you want the item delivered, as FedEx left the TWO VERY HEAVY boxes ON THE STREET in front of my apartment building (not in the locked vestibule), even though I was home, buzzed the delivery man in, and asked him to help me get the boxes to the landing of my apartment, which he refused to do; I'm very dissatisfied with FedEx (and their customer service after the fact as well).. I’m really happy with this couch so far. The color is beautiful in person! Its a soft, muted green that feels cozy earthy without being too dark. The corduroy texture gives it a really nice, unique look makes the room feel warm and inviting. The material is also very soft. It’s very comfortable for lounging there is plenty of space to stretch out (theres more than enough room for 3 people to sit comfortably). It works well in my smaller living room without feeling too overwhelming, which was something I was worried about. The cushions are soft but still supportive, and the overall look feels much more expensive than the price. I saw some comments saying they added filling in the pillows, but with my added throw pillows, I dont feel the need to. It was also a big hit with my pets immediately, and so far, pet hair is pretty much unnoticeable. Overall, I’m really glad I chose this couch would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something cozy, stylish, and a little different from a basic neutral sofa. It’s very comfortable for lounging, and I love that the chaisesectional style gives plenty of space to stretch out. This is probably the easiest couch ever to be assembled. This couch is on the smaller side, but could comfortably sit 3 people. It is not a super-high quality couch. I am using it in an office for an extra place for company to sleep. The couch pulls out to form a full size bed, however someone over 5'9" would have a hard time sharing it as it isn't super long.
