These sconces were just what I was looking for to enhance our dining area on either side of the pass-through to the kitchen.! They’re very pretty and have an aged patina to them. I did think they would be more of the gold color on my dining room chandelier, but they are quite yellow, rather than gold. That’s OK, they look nice anyway. They came very well packed, but my I am disappointed that they did not come with any matching screws to hang them with. So we have regular screws in the middle of our very pretty gold sconces. Our candle holders are the perfect ambiance enhancer and add a warm glow to any room in the house. Hosley's wall sconces make the ideal gift for weddings, housewarmings, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays (candles sold separately). To maximize the burn of your candle, we suggest trimming and maintaining the wick to 1/8”. Trimming the wick helps maintain an even burn and helps keep the flame from getting too close to the glass. As a general rule, we also suggest using it for no more than 4 hours at a time to maximize the burn duration. Always use on heat/flame-resistant surfaces and burn within sight. Keep away from things that can catch fire and away from children and pets. Always keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches, and debris at all times.
