First off, this recliner is very pretty, well made, comfortable, and matched the color of my existing leather furniture. It was made in the USA and was very easy to put together. Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. It did take 4 weeks for delivery, which seemed to be excessive, considering it was made in the U.S. Overall, we’re happy with this purchase and I believe this recliner will last a long time.. I am very happy with this oversized 42.5" Extra Wide Manual Recliner. If you're looking for a chair that offers plenty of room without sacrificing comfort, this is an excellent choice. The "extra wide" description is absolutely accurate. There's more than enough space to stretch out, relax, or even curl up with a blanket while reading or watching TV. One feature is it's a manual recliner, so if you are looking for something that is electric this is not the chair. But the nice thing is that there are no motors, cords, or electronic components to worry about, which means there's less that can go wrong over time. The reclining mechanism works smoothly and opens and closes with very little effort. The leather upholstery is soft, and it looks much more expensive than I expected and is comfortable to sit on for long periods. I ordered the pale gray color, and it matches the photos perfectly. The shade is a true light gray that blends well with a variety of decorating styles and brightens up the room. Assembly couldn't have been easier. The back simply slides into place, no tools needed, and no confusing instructions. From opening the box to sitting in the chair it only took a few minutes. The recliner feels firmer than some recliners, which I prefer because it provides excellent support without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. It feels well-made and is comfortable whether you're sitting upright or fully reclined. Overall, this recliner exceeded my expectations. It's roomy, comfortable, attractive, easy to assemble, and operates effortlessly. If you want a dependable manual recliner with large seating space and quality construction, I recommend this one. It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which if I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box.
