It's very sturdy & the metal material should be able to withstand a lot of different weather conditions from heat to snow. The table arrived about 2 weeks after the chairs. Great table, solidly build. Went together easily. It would even be better if it had knock down furniture attachments for the top to the base so you can split them for winter storage.
