This bed frame was easy to put together and the metal cross and support beams seem sturdy. The wood legs are thick and have padded feet which are a nice feature. Unfortunately, the bed frame doesn’t have a lip or edges so the mattress slides right off the slick, steel cross bars. I had to buy a non-slip mattress pad and non-slip mattress gaskets to prevent the mattress from sliding off. Further research shows other brands come with double sided tape to prevent slippage.
