I really like this bed! Delivered by FedEx in one large heavy box, very hard to carry without additional help. The unboxing was smooth aside from there being no instructions included. We were able to find ins instructions for this item online with a bit of searching. I put it together with help from one other person. Would have been more difficult to do alone. Took us about 2 hours or so. The quality is nice and I like the way it looks (just as pictured). I got the queen size in color Ivory Canvas. I have a 12” mattress that works really with the height of the headboard. My biggest complaint is that it says the space beneath the bed is 5-6” but it’s more like 3” so none of my under bed storage fits. Overall would recommend this product to others!. Anonymous. Color and texture of fabric were as expected. I cannot comment on set up as I paid for the installation service. It took the contactor about 45 minutes to assemble. However, not all steps had to be followed as I used my adjustable base in place of the wooden slats. The base fit well inside the bed "Frame". I gave it 4 stars as the side rail pieces seem to be a bit flimsy. The bed looked out of square once assembled and then the contractor just pulled on the siderails to adjust.
