This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Amazing chair! Clearly I haven't been living my best lounging life because this is like the Cadillac of recliners. It is unbelievably soft and plush. The heat, massage and adjustable headrest are so nice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my back hurts a lot and this helps relieve a lot of tension. We got the white recliner and I was a little nervous that it was going to be a bright white, but was relieved to see it was almost a cream/yellow color. It's very heavy, but easy to put together.
