well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. The best thing to have on hand was a hand drill and some a hex bit set for this. The instructions are super (at least to me) took me 15-20 mins (I had to troubleshooting I missed a step). The chair feels super comfortable. I love that I can adjust the back as I wish and it locks into place. I have a bigger lower half 48” and I fit comfortably no squeezing and lots of thigh space. The material feels like leather, and the stitching is solid. This was a good investment my other chair (viral criss cross chair) was killing me. I cant wait to game and watch my movies this fall. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. **Pleasantly Surprised and Very Comfortable** I ordered this chair and it arrived within two days. I am pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it is! I was concerned about whether it would provide enough support for my neck, head, and lower back, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. It’s a big, roomy chair with plenty of space, and I don’t need any extra cushions to feel comfortable. The padded armrests move up and down easily, and the pullout leg rest is one of my favorite features. After sitting at my desk creating for hours, I can lean back, put my feet up, and even take a quick nap. The chair is listed as black, although to me it looks more like a soft black or charcoal black depending on the lighting. It isn’t leather, but the material feels really nice against my skin. Everything arrived completely undamaged and was packaged extremely well. All the parts, screws, and tools were included. My husband put it together because he enjoys doing things like that, and he had no problems with the assembly. Once he finished, he rolled it over to my desk and I was ready to go. I’m actually sitting in it while writing this review, and I’m in bliss at my desk! I’ll see how it feels after a full week of working and creating in it, but so far, I’m very happy with my purchase.. This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. I use it for long study sessions and sometimes a movie night. I don’t really use the leg rest but it’s a nice feature. It was easy to assemble and easy to keep clean. Bought this chair for my 13 year old son because we kept buying gaming chairs and they weren’t lasting. This chair was a pain to put together some screws didn’t align in the back. You definitely need 2 people to put it together. Also didn’t realize it was a velvet type material but it’s soft and comfortable. The foot rest is a little awkward in the front and my son wasn’t enthused, but once we put this together and saw the foot rest could second as a table on the side due to the rotating mechanics, we were so happy.
