Went together rather easily. Had an issue with the light. Was not put in correctly and one of the wires came loose. Was able to fix and it works great. Delivery was free and came in three large boxes. I took two of the boxes from my garage to the basement by myself. The large box has the front wall/door. Need two people for that box. This sauna is beautiful and well worth the price point. As mentioned by other reviewers, it takes about an hour to heat to full temp, not 15 minutes as marketed. It’s also true that the legs don’t get much heat as there are no panels in the front, but draping a towel over the top of the legs is really effective! Love it!!! My husband for the most part put it together, I helped to push a few items in place. The music is nicer then we thought! Love the Bluetooth option so we can play music from our phone. Gets nice and hot in a timely manner, I’m almost 6 ft talk and I have to bend over some get in. I don’t think we are going to be able to fit 4 people, more like 3. Unless you are short and supper skinny, it work work. Nonetheless I totally recommend for the value of what you get for the price. It doesn’t use a standard plug so keep that in mind. The sauna is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It came in 5 boxes and was in great shape. Very well engineered. The sauna was challenging to assemble, only because the owners manual was so small, with fuzzy print, it was hard to read and poorly written. Support line was prompt and excellent. My only negative is the manual, which kept me from giving it a 5th star. It needs to be enlarged and more consumer friendly. I would still buy this over again. It looks great and works well.. Dean. Perfect for TWO! No way any 3 ppl could fit in this without someone sitting on a lap. It requires a 20 amp outlet, but the description said it plugs into a regular wall outlet.
