You cannot buy better cookware... ...you can pay more for cookware but, in my opinion, it can't get any better than the Farberware Millennium stainless steel cookware set. You can go from stove top to oven...up to 500 degrees with these (lids too). I've been cooking a very long time and this cookware is a joy to use. When cooking on the stove top use a lower heat with the encapsulated bottom type of cookware and there should be no problems with food sticking or clean up. I have bought things that say non-stick and first time I used it I noticed it did not live up to it. The Faberware definitely proves that with first use that they are non-stick.
