[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy, well designed roaster pan. It comes with a removable rack that keeps the meat from soaking in its own fat. The rack sits nicely inside the pan, it won’t move to fall out when you move the pan. We have cooked a small chicken and multiple roasts and every meal turned out perfectly. We’ve also removed the rack and have cooked a casserole in the pan. It can easily be used for other dishes not just roasting. Cleanup is simple, it is non-stick.
