I really love these chairs. They were easy to put together. The cushion does not stain. I’ve had many kids eat various types of foods on them and it’s been easy to wipe up. It’s cloth material so it was surprising when I could just wipe up the stuff. I’m not a fan of the way the wood looks. It has that chalky look to it and I thought it would just be a solid oak color. We ordered 8 of these in light green, and I LOVE the color. It’s very pretty!! We have the chairs in our dining room, and they get used fairly often, and are holding up well after three years. Some paint has chipped in one or two places- not a deal breaker. We are pretty careful users. The assembly was like any other chairs back when my husband did it. Arrived damaged on one corner and a small dent thru the veneer on the table top. Wayfair said the manufacturer would reach out in two business days but its so heavy I dont want to handle a return. I think Ill put a coat of lacquer on it to keep my kids from scratching it. For the price this is an excellent solid table. Fits great in my small space and two wider chairs still fit side by side on the length.
