I bought two of these barrel chairs for a side space in a bedroom. They were packed extremely well and assembly was limited to putting legs on the chair and ottoman. They are comfortable to sit in, but they are small so a larger person might want to consider that. I think this is a stunning chair. I got the red one and it is a striking, rich red color. It looks so much like genuine leather that visitors keep complimenting my new "red leather chair". The nail head trim is flawlessly finished, and the tufted upholstery reminds me of the classic style of early 20th century furniture. It's exceptionally comfortable: not too soft and not too firm.
